Located in France and England, and represented in Germany, they specialize in VAT registration and representation. In order to VAT register in Germany, both a contract for Fiscal Representation and a Fiscal Working Procedure and Appointment document will need to be executed. Please note that you will also need:

• An Original recent certificate indicating the status of entrepreneur: Form 6166 of the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service
• A Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
