The Office of U.S. Trade Representative, USTR, previously announced that multiple Section 301 tariff exclusions would remain in effect until September. Yesterday the USTR announced that they will extend existing China 301 tariff exclusions until December 31st, 2023. There are two main sets of exclusions: one set of 77 COVID-related exclusions and another set of 352. This applies to all exclusions under heading 9903.88.67 and U.S. notes 20(ttt)(i), 20(ttt)(ii), 20(ttt)(iii), and 20(ttt)(iv) to subchapter III of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).

The full list of exclusions can be found here.
