It has been brought to our attention that some of our customers are receiving spam stating that Shapiro’s bank and payment details have changed. These e-mails are quite convincing as they give the appearance of being sent from a Shapiro.com e-mail, but there is nothing authentic about these e-mails.

Please note that we have NOT changed our bank and/or payment details. If you receive an e-mail stating that Shapiro has changed banks please do NOT click on any links in the e-mail, nor should you elicit a response to the sender.

As a general rule, please always pay close attention to the email/domain address of the sender.

If you receive an e-mail stating that our bank and/or payment details have changed please notify us at [email protected]. If you are ever unsure about the authenticity of an email from us, please contact us directly.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as necessary.
