President Trump has signed an executive order implementing another 90-day pause on additional tariffs on China that were set to take effect this Tuesday.

This extension means headline rates of 30% (10% reciprocal + 20% fentanyl) on Chinese imports and 10% on American goods will continue until at least November 10th to avoid the previously imposed 145%.

The White House claims talks have been going well to address the trade concerns and a deal could be reached soon.

Shapiro is closely monitoring the current trade environment and will keep you apprised of any changes or updates as they arise.
